Abisola A. Olaleye-Samuel represents clients in immigration, criminal defense, divorce, child support and child visitation rights. Attorney Olaleye earned her Master of Laws degree from the Mississippi College School of Law, Jackson, Mississippi, having the second highest G.P.A. in the LL.M. Program at time of graduation; a JD degree from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria in 2002, and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria in 2000.  Abisola strongly believes that passionate representation generates results

Abisola Olaleye is a member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar and the New York State Bar respectively. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Abisola is experienced in various immigration matters, from VAWA petitions to fiancé visa, PERM application, removal of conditions on residency to name a few. Abisola is very knowledgeable in criminal defense and family law, representing clients in Marengo, Sumter, Greene, Wilcox, Hale and Dallas Counties in Alabama. She has fought for clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, dependency matters, and child custody/visitation matters to name a few. Abisola has obtained and continues to obtain successful results on behalf of her clients. 

In her spare moments, Abisola enjoys spending time with her two sons, SJ and TJ. Abisola also loves traveling, especially road trips.
